Dr. Foong is the principal director of Logan Skin Clinic. He is a General Practitioner with additional post-graduate qualifications in skin cancer. Dr Foong has more than 25 years’ experience in skin cancer diagnosis and treatment and is a past president of the Skin Cancer College of Australia.

Dr. Conrad Morze

Dr. Morze graduated in 2002 and completed 3 years as a medical officer at Ipswich General Hospital and Princess Alexandra Hospital. He was awarded with a G.P Fellowship in 2008. He also completed a Fellowship in Advanced Rural General Practice with skills in anesthesia in 2009. Dr. Morze was accepted into the dermatology training program and he has completed 2 year of the 4 years training program. He has been practicing skin cancer medicine for the last 13 years.

Dr Satish Chandra Kharia received a Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery at Rajasthan University in 2005. He also holds the Australian Medical Council certificate. Additionally, Dr Satish is a passionate doctor in Greenslopes who has a knack for only delivering the best to his patients. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and has a keen interest in Skin Cancer management.

Dr. Malav Shah

Dr. Mal is an experienced Skin Cancer Clinician with a special interest in skin cancer diagnosis, surgery and prevention. He is skilled with the use of advanced Dermoscopy and biopsy techniques to find and diagnose skin cancer. Dr. Mal has a special interest in surgery requiring complex closures using flaps and grafts where required to optimise healing and scarring. He is proficient in surgery of special sites like ears, noses, and lips. In addition to his time at Logan Skin Clinic, Dr. Mal has also been invited to become a visiting Skin Cancer Clinician at Edmonton Family Medical Centre in Cairns, flying there once a month to provide specialised skin cancer surgeries. Dr. Mal also teaches the Introductory and Advanced Skin Cancer Course for doctors on weekends, and supports newer doctors at the clinic as a supervisor and mentor. Dr. Mal continues to attend national and international conferences to learn the newest advances in skin cancer and help his patients get a better outcome and quality of life.

Dr. Lauren Edwards

Doctor Lauren graduated from the University of Queensland in 2015 before moving to Melbourne with her husband to further her career, and has recently relocated back to Queensland. Doctor Lauren enjoys all areas of general practice, with a special interest in skin cancer diagnosis, management and surgery, and has completed extended training in this area. She is currently undergoing her Masters in Skin Cancer. Presently available on Monday and Thursday, and also works at the sister clinic Ipswich Skin Cancer Clinic on Wednesdays.

Dr. Julia De Groot is a GP in training with special interests in skin cancer treatment. Julia joined Logan Skin Clinic in 2026 as a GP Registrar, completing an extended skills term in Dermoscopy, skin cancer and skin cancer surgery. She holds advanced procedural skills in complex skin surgery. After studying at the University of Queensland and Griffith University, her clinical expertise is underpinned by extensive hospital experience in surgery, medicine and critical care, along with qualifications in medical research and education. She is currently a lecturer at Griffith University with over five years of teaching experience and several published research papers.

Dr Chee Khoon Tee

Dr. Chee Khoon Tee is a highly qualified and experienced General Practitioner with a specialised focus on skin cancer. Holding an MBBS along with Master’s degrees in both Family Medicine and Skin Cancer, Dr. Tee brings extensive expertise to Logan Skin Clinic. A Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners since 2013, he is well-versed in advanced techniques such as Dermoscopy and the surgical treatment of skin cancers, including melanoma, basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. Dr. Tee previously worked at The Waterford 7 Day Clinic. He is multilingual, speaking English, Mandarin, Cantonese, French, Hakka, Malay, Indonesian and Hindi, allowing him to offer culturally sensitive care to a diverse range of patients. Currently working Monday and Thursday (as of January 2026).

Dr William Tsai

Dr William Tsai has completed training across diverse locations including Darwin, the Gold Coast, Logan, Toowoomba, and St. George in Queensland. William is also actively expanding his expertise in skin cancer medicine and is soon to complete his Fellowship with RACGP following his extended skills training conducted at Logan Skin Clinic. Outside of medicine, Dr Tsai is a passionate cyclist and budding triathlete, and strives to be a trusted partner for patients seeking thorough, evidence-based and attentive healthcare.

Dr Cameron Gujral
- MD
Dr Cameron Gujral joined Logan Skin Clinic in 2026 as a GP Registrar to complete his extended skills training in advanced skin cancer diagnosis, treatment and surgery. Cameron comes from the Lockyer Valley where he has built his skin cancer skills as one of the very few skin cancer doctors in the area. Cameron enjoys working in remote locations and travels interstate to work in country hospitals.
